PIPING WORKSHOP OCTOBER 15, 16 & 17, 2010
Pipeline Celtic Themes in conjunction with Wallace Bagpipes will be presenting a Piping Workshop on October 15th, 16th and 17th 2010.
The workshop is presented by Craig Munro of Wallace Bagpipes, Gerry Rooney of Pipeline Celtic Themes, and special guest instructor Donald Lindsay.
The goal of this workshop is to present and test for the Syllabi contained in level 1 and Level 2 of The Piping Qualifications Board.
The Workshop will cover all aspects (Maintenance, Practical & Theory) in Levels 1 and 2 of the Piping Qualifications Board. Group instruction and individual instruction will be offered to all students.
Attendees should bring a practice chanter, a "College of Piping - Book 1" (Green Book), notebook & pen, and Bagpipes (if you have them).

10:00 – 12:00 Theory paper exam
12:30 – 2:00 Practical exam (Instructors will provide individual final instruction before students go into exam)
3:00 – 4:00 Understanding and Appreciating Your Bagpipes Lecture (Craig)
4:15 – 5:00 Awards Ceremony.
The cost for the workshop is $200.00 if you sign up (and pay) before Sept 15th.
After that, the cost will be $250.00.
